Guitarist Howard Abel is a Vancouver, BC native who began his music studies at the age of twelve, debuting professionally by age seventeen, and furthering his musical education at Capilano University.

In Vancouver, he is the principal guitarist for several jazz and pop ensembles. Besides his public performances, he is also an in-demand solo guitarist for private and corporate events - specializing in jazz, classical and Latin styles.
